Tara Johnson – Padesky was again silent today as the Democratic Congress decided it was more important to bail out foolish lenders and borrowers that is was to give aid to actual disaster victims from the Spring 2008 floods in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois.
Do we really want a senator who stands silent in the face of such injustice?

Please explain how TARA JOHNSON has abandoned these victims
The post reads, "Johnson's Democratic party abandons flood victims." Which IS accurate.
First, Johnson IS a member of the Democratic Party. Second, the House, lead by the Democratic Party, held a vote to bail out lenders but NOT to help flood victims in the Midwest.
Many Midwest Democrats spoke out against this action urging the congressional leaders to take action to help the victims.
Where was Johnson? Silent.
How did any funding take place without Jim Doyle's ask ?
